AWERTI is a Ukrainian product IT company building big-data analytics services for the esports, streaming and sports markets. Our products Esports Charts, Streams Charts and Chess Watch are the world's largest public sources of esports and streaming analytics.

Who we're looking for

We need someone to become the voice of Esports Charts on social media. You'll tell the world what we do: show use cases, find interesting facts in the data, jump into every important industry discussion and make sure Esports Charts is part of the conversation. Every day.

But this isn't just a content-posting role. Esports Charts is a product, not a media outlet. We want someone who can build a real community around our data, use social media to bring in new clients and partnerships, and help people understand why viewership analytics matter. We do far more than Peak Viewers, and we need someone who can show that to the world.

You'll have real creative autonomy. We won't control your every post or hand you a rigid content calendar. We want someone who takes ownership, experiments with formats and angles, and builds something the esports community genuinely cares about.

What you'll do:

  • Post high-quality content every day on all relevant platforms: X, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and others.
  • Plan and run content for ALL our social channels, not just X. Each platform needs content that works natively there.
  • Build and nurture a community: an audience that talks back, gives us feedback, shares our content and feels connected to Esports Charts. Polls, discussions, predictions, engagement.
  • Drive product awareness and bring in new clients through social media.
  • Teach the audience about stats: what our metrics mean, why they matter and how to use them.
  • Come up with creative ideas about the esports and streaming markets and turn them into text and visual content.
  • Create short-form video (Adobe Premiere).
  • Write copy and brief designers on organic content and ad creatives.
  • Moderate our pages: reply to comments and DMs, engage with followers. Be present, not just broadcasting.
  • Review your own performance regularly: see what works and what doesn't, interpret your results and adjust.

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience running social media.
  • You follow esports disciplines and streaming around the world: you know how VALORANT differs from CS2, which organizations are the biggest in MLBB, and which co-streamers are the most popular for LoL on Twitch and YouTube.
  • You know the basics about us: what we do, who we are and our history. If you're applying, you've spent some time on escharts.com.
  • Excellent English, C1–C2.
  • A community-building mindset: you think about relationships with the audience, not just impressions, and know how to make people care about a product through social media.
  • A product-marketing instinct. For us, social media isn't only brand awareness: it's a channel that should bring in new clients and partners. You get that.
  • Short-form video skills.
  • Self-reflection: you analyze finished work and can interpret the results.
  • Organizational skills: you plan your own tasks and proactively involve other departments.
  • Attention to detail, a sharp wit and a creative mind.
  • Experience running social media ads.
  • You enjoy teamwork: it's how our company works.

Bonus points if you:

  • Speak regional languages (French, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean or others) for future regional accounts.
  • Have grown audiences on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • Have basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) for quick social assets.
  • Understand SEO and how social content drives web traffic.
  • Have a degree in memology.

Don't tick every box but really want this role? Apply anyway, and we'll figure it out together.

What we offer:

  • Remote-first: we work remotely, on weekdays from 11:00 to 20:00 Kyiv time, and the schedule can be adjusted to your time zone.
  • A flat structure: everyone has real responsibility and room for initiative. We don't like bureaucracy or micromanagement.
  • Creative autonomy: you'll own the Esports Charts social presence, with the freedom to experiment and build.
  • Data at your fingertips: access to the most comprehensive esports viewership dataset in the world. You'll never run out of content ideas.
  • 21 working days of vacation a year. We work with people for the long run, so rest matters to us.
  • No limit on sick days. We trust the people we hire.
  • A personal development budget for every employee: professional or language courses, a gym membership, health insurance.

How to apply:

Send your CV or portfolio through the form below, and in the “Tell us about yourself” field add:

  • 3 examples of social content you've created and are proud of. At least one should involve data, analytics or product marketing. Links, screenshots or a portfolio all work.
  • A short pitch (up to 200 words) on how you would grow the Esports Charts community on one platform of your choice. Not a full strategy: just your best idea and how you'd measure whether it's working.

Hiring stages:

  1. An email with a few extra questions about your application.
  2. A video interview with our Head of Media, who will be responsible for your onboarding.
  3. A test task.
  4. If needed, a follow-up interview on the test task with the Product Manager and Head of Media.
  5. Offer.

If you feel like joining our team, we look forward to meeting you!
