Who we are looking for:
We are reinforcing the non-technical aspect within our company and are actively seeking an individual with a robust background in editorial and SMM. This person should be adept at editorial & social media development, proficient in articulating and defending strategies, posing challenging inquiries, and ideally, familiar with Twitch and Esports realms.
The team is working on two main projects:

escharts.com - esports analytics
We need a person who will become our Head of Media, improve processes and help projects grow.
What will be the areas of responsibility:
-
Media strategy development and implementation with a focus on further monetization (for news sections and socials);
-
Devising and delivering editorial & social media strategies for all our main projects;
-
Contribute to the content marketing channels, including maintaining the company’s social media and community presence;

Work with the company’s editors to set and build toward meaningful editorial targets;
-
Supervise and develop the skills of an editorial team;
-
Work with our editors to craft content plans that target meaningful readership growth;
-
Track and analyze site data to facilitate informed editorial decision-making;
-
Manage, maintain and develop editorial processes;
-
SMM team management;
-
Tracking trends in the esports & streaming industry.
Pretty cool if you have:

Understanding esports & streaming analytics metrics;

Experience working with clients and partners on special projects;

Experience working with email newsletters;
-
More than 3 years of proven experience as Lead Editor / Head of SMM;

Experience and understanding of SEO and content marketing;

Fantastic presentation & reporting skills: your presentations on complex things will be understood by everyone;

Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2);

Strong leadership skills and you care about what you do;

You watch Twitch, understand the difference between LEC and LCS, and know that The Last of Us is not just a series.

Now we work remotely, the standard schedule in the company is from 11.00 to 20.00 (GMT+3) on weekdays. However, our office is open for employees in Kyiv. The schedule of candidates from the US and Europe is negotiable;
